    I worked at Stage Stores part-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Manager was flexible with hours for school. Employee discounts were great!

    Cons

    Spend extra time to close store afterwards & zone (clean) after big holidays. The only holiday store closes is for Christmas. Coupons and customer complaints. Push for accounts and magazines (weekly/monthly goals)

    Incentives for Good Work Increase pay Hire more workers to assist with zoning after big sales
