    Pros

    Flexible scheduling, ample hours as part-time, great retail experience.

    Cons

    Terrible pay, unjust employee reviews, terrible leadership from management.

    Advice to Management

    Start holding you store managers accountable for their absence, un-justified expectations, and terrible constructive criticism skills. More training for managers on leadership and interpersonal skills.

    Pros

    Manager was flexible with hours for school. Employee discounts were great!

    Cons

    Spend extra time to close store afterwards & zone (clean) after big holidays. The only holiday store closes is for Christmas. Coupons and customer complaints. Push for accounts and magazines (weekly/monthly goals)

    Advice to Management

    Incentives for Good Work Increase pay Hire more workers to assist with zoning after big sales
