you can work harder here, and when you go some where else you feel you are in heaven. so it enhance person's ability towards hardworking.

Cons

Adhocism on lower management side from G5 n down.

Advice to Management

Involve contractual staff into your audits, and get there feedbacks, in confidential manner, give sudden promotions to potential staff, not from feedback you get from their line managers, but from another transparent systemic-tic way to identify such individuals. i.e. are on-line surveys/ or group level representative should come and interview potential individuals in this regard.
