    I worked at Standard International Management part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    good benefit, good money, good co worker Benefit- free shirt, pant, tie, apron and it will be washed everyday by the house keeping for free.

    Cons

    specially in summer time you work hard but get paid same amount of money as winter because of over hiring people.

    Advice to Management

    Please consider experience people when you guys hire an employee.

    I worked at Standard International Management full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    -the coworkers at my station were cool

    Cons

    -disorganized management; explain nothing to you and then get mad at you for it -rampant miscommunication between all departments of the hotel -want you full-time but give you part-time hours -no training

    -have clearly defined procedures and protocol that new hires can follow
