    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Standard International Management full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Working with my other colleagues made the job bearable

    Cons

Management never takes responsibility, points fingers, and lies about promotions and or raises in order to get more out of the individual.

    Advice to Management

Man up, take responsibility and be able to be contacted when needed.

I worked at Standard International Management part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good job for college students and those looking to interact with people on a daily basis

    Cons

The hours being 24/7 were a little taxing but the pay bump for the off hours was worth it.
