Pros
Close-knit group of employees, management is transparent, the onboarding process was easy to digest as a new employee coming on. Relative to the size of the agency there are quite a few employees that have worked there 5, 10, 15+ years out of it's 25 year history which is always a good culture sign.
Compensation is competitive and I was quite pleased with the amount of PTO offered. Standing Partnership also offers an ESOP which can be lucrative to employees and helps build an ownership mindset amongst colleagues.
They have a nice office space in downtown Clayton. As of late 2024, new hires have flexibility between a hybrid schedule, fully remote, or full time in the office, if desired.
Cons
Nothing major comes to mind. I feel compelled to call out that Standing Partnership employees and management are ~90% female.
As a male, I enjoyed this as it felt like more of a collaborative, supportive environment than what I've experienced at previous agencies.
