    Pros

This is your standard part-time retail job. You don't have to think about it when you leave, and it's really not that stressful. Okay as a second job.

    Cons

You show up when your scheduled, you make just above minimum wage ($7.35) and you go home. It's mind numbingly boring and you won't get a promotion. I've worked there for 2 years, been Employee of the Month twice, and I've never gotten a raise.

    Pros

They try to adjust pay for associates to stay in line with competitive wages. Decent benefits.

    Cons

Horrible middle managers...how some of these people hold a job, I have no idea!

    Advice to Management

Hire lead drivers that could lead sdo's and compensate them well bc these individuals would be much more valuable that having some of the crummy managers who sit in an office all day, or who 'work from home'. Most of these managers are so out of touch with what it takes to run the company. Also, hire some decent business development associates...you keep sliding on sales even with great marketing. Your sales ppl are not getting it done.
