    Pros

Overall a friendly work environment, good scheduling flexibility and work-life balance, great health/medical benefits for part-time employees (not many places do that for part-timers these days!), lots of regular customers who are friendly and sociable and you get to know well, supervisors and management were civilized and had reasonable expectations for the most part, shift beverages and partner mark-outs a nice perk, as well.

    Cons

Sometimes time would drag pretty slowly when confined behind bar area, did not understand rhyme or reason to staffing levels, often bare minimum or less during super busy morning rushes but overstaffed at other times that were less busy, often problems ordering/running out of basic items needed for commonly ordered drinks, promotions from within hard to come by, supervisors and managers usually hired from outside.

    Advice to Management

Have a checklist for ordering supplies, update and learn from past mistakes; that makes a bad impression on guests when you are frequently out of what they want; as for supervisor and store manager positions, try to promote from within before hiring from outside.
