    Pros

    - flexible
    - fun
    - depending on your district, room to grow into management
    - really amazing benefits (only need to work 20 hours a week for full health, vision and dental + 401k)

    Cons

    - early days
    - you smell like coffee and stale milk

    Employees are treated with respect and held to high standards. Above minimum, hourly wage plus tips. Looks great on a resume as a first job.

    Cons

    If you have to close, you become a glorified janitor.
