    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Starbucks part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    -Flexible schedule, good for students
    -Decent pay
    -Benefits for part-time employees
    -Free coffee

    Cons

-Customers are literally encouraged to be rude, when they yell/insult workers they are given free stuff; management does not back up its staff even when they are being abused beyond reasonable complaints (name-calling, etc).
-Management can be unreasonable - I was reprimanded for saying I was tired because it was a "bad example for my team" and another time for having an opinion about a music band because "it might offend a customer"
-Baristas and shift supervisors are often understaffed for their shifts
    -Not enough raises offered

    Advice to Management

-Support your staff more and offer more raises.

    Cons

Atmosphere can be a bit cold

    Advice to Management

Shift supers might want to be a little warmer, managers were great!
