Pros

The company is generous with free drinks, products and product discounts to employees.

Cons

Training is a big joke.

Advice to Management

Better scheduling is desperately needed.

    Genuinely tries to do the right thing by their employees, not as big a grind as many Seattle based companies especially in IT.
