I worked at Starbucks full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Benefits, good discount, positive environment. Had a great team who all understood one another (though personalities differed greatly), everyone had each other's backs.

Cons

Definitely felt unappreciated at times. Company has changed entirely now.

Advice to Management

Stop letting good managers go to save money by hiring newbies.

I worked at Starbucks full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The company itself is amazing. Good benefits. Lots of commitment to the community.

    Cons

Take everything that is normally why Starbucks is a good company and throw it out the window if you plan on working in the Omaha market. The District and Regional leaders could care less about Starbucks mission statements and only care about profit. You are over worked and under paid.

    Advice to Management

Fix upper management and get some people who are aligned with the company vision.
