Pros

Client roster, rotational program, office location

Cons

Non-monetary perks (client dinners, "freebies", vacation calendar) get old very quickly. What incentivizes a 23 year old doesn't work on older employees

Advice to Management

Go to business school. Learn how to run your business & grow your employees.

    Pros

    A lot of vacation days/paid time off, fun perks to the job.

    Cons

    Your experience can really depend on which account you are placed on. If you are on a good account you will be able to leave at 5 every day and have a good work/life balance. If you're on a bad account you will be working late nights regularly.

    Advice to Management

    They need to do a better job of pushing back on clients if the team isn't scoped to do what the client is asking for.
