    Pros

Starcom does well at providing resources through the Publicis holding company to learn more about any discipline/interest of your choosing through Marcel classes/LinkedIn Learnings. Additionally, when adamant, Starcom will accommodate account rotations across a variety of industries to help build your career portfolio (this is honestly the appealing part about Starcom in general). Lastly, by being tossed into the fire, I was about to learn a lot about the media industry because I was challenged to figure it out myself. I've rated my experience 4 stars due to these pros and since I've been promoted quickly which has helped my career as a whole.

    Cons

As weak links are identified in processes/strategy, it is very hard to implement change of any sort (especially on a large account) and it's frowned upon to speak up if you don't have a high enough job title. With that lack of trust, there is also a culture of silently covering issues due to a lack of education in onboarding specific to the account, lack of time to openly ask questions and get familiar with the role, and a lack of support when needing help at times. Lastly, workload can be challenging to manage, and when making an attempt to set boundaries, these boundaries tend to be crossed for the sake of the client consistently. I've rated my experience 4 stars even with these cons, as even though it is frustrating at times, I believe this company overall has helped propel my career.
