The company values employee growth and development and invests in providing constant training and support to help employees improve their skills. Lastly, Startechup truly listens to its employees and takes their feedback into consideration, always finding ways to help and make the work environment even better.
Cons
The company tends to skimp on tools that are vital for it's employees. Due to the current global economic conditions, projects are limited and developers are more likely to get stuck with projects incompatible with their specialization.

Pros
Startechup has an eagle eye in spotting globally competitive employees in the software development industry. It is evident in the project output and how clients praise their team. I like the part where the management protects the developers from unnecessary stress and overwork and always promote work-life balance. The company always promote growth among the employees. They never miss pay periods and most of all the culture is great as we are being treated like a family.
Cons
The office hybrid is too far from my home location because most of the time I prefer working in the office for some days rather than at home because I feel more productive. The growing company needs QAs now as it will offload the PMs from testing manually/regression testing to just doing verification after the QA's job.
