Pros
Great place to work. Chances to move up, somewhat flexible, friendly environment, starting point if you need a door into tech support.
Cons
Low pay. Barely in the 2 digits hourly. If you're fresh out of high school, need a small income while in college,don't have many bills, have a second source of income, or live in an area where rent is cheap (like Chabourn) then the pay is great. Otherwise.... you'll be looking for a second income.
