I have been working at Starwood Hotels & Resorts full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Company that makes lots of efforts to make the center a great workplace: lots of feedback on the theam meetings to improve the relationships with the team leaders, many events organized inside and outside of work.

Cons

A call center job is quite exhausting, with hours from 6am to 12am. The schedule is very strict, every minute is controlled.

    -Helpful management
    -Dedicated team-oriented environment to succeed
    -Excellent training to prepare you for your current (if new hire) and/or new role

    Cons

    -Management tends to overwhelm themselves sometimes which can fall onto their talent
    -Depending position, low pay, should certainly be more
