Disapproves of CEO

Pros

Flexible hours... .hot rates to bad you can't do anything with the horrible salary

Cons

minimum wage, dont believe them, doesn't matter how good you are bonuses are a miracle if you get them. But dont worry or count your chickens yet.. the will take it back thru a no-pay...

Advice to Management

Find new ways around this economy, Stop living in the past. Vsc are the heart and soul of time share.. Pay them well and you'll have more tours....cant really think of booking a tour when the rent is up and your broke....

    Pros

I really like the Cultural Services Director--she is a sweet & knowledgeable woman who works very hard and is good at what she does. Everyone in the office is very friendly. You are allowed free meals at the employee cafeteria while working. Parking is validated. The work (when given) is engaging and interesting.

    Cons

I personally have not seen my supervisor for about a month. This is not a good thing, because I have not been given tasks in about a month. It is an unpaid position, and I go in for my own benefit but I am not given tasks and feel that it is a waste of everyone's time for me to be there.

    Advice to Management

Give your interns something to do. Even if it involves making coffee, shredding papers, and filing folders, I'd much rather have something to do than nothing at all.

    Cons

Leadership is lousy, employees are treated poorly, morale is in the sewer

Spend some time learning what really goes on in each department of your company.
