Dependable, kind and intelligent people, good company structure that promotes work/life balance, fair compensation, and strong emphasis on personal development.

Cons

Very conservative, lots of bureaucracy, very large (could be a pro or a con, depending on your personality and perspective)

    Pros

    Great people, products and values. Excellent hours and management takes care of their employees. Really feels like co-workers are a family.

    Cons

    Agent is rarely ever physically in the office, which can frustrate clients.

    Advice to Management

    Regulate agent hours and provide better training opportunities.
