I have been working at State Farm full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great Benefits, Work/Life balance, Management is always making changes to improve the work environment, coaching, development time, and the ability to receive a bonus when the company meets or exceeds its goals

    Cons

Pay is very cheap, micromanagement is ridiculous. You are watched not only by your lead, but by your managers, other managers, and a planning department that will "IM" you if they notice you are off task for any reason. This new HUB operation is new so nobody knows what is going on. Consistency is low and the managers have no clue what to coach/train on because the company has no statistics to base anything off of.

    Advice to Management

    Stop micromanaging
