Pros

the facilities are very clean and comfortable

Cons

you don't need a brain to work there. be prepared to exercise your copy and paste muscles, also don't forget to bring a good book to read

    I worked at State Street full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Its world leading and very old custodian bank. Its also having good position in the world. Providing good services.

    Cons

    Senior are not very supporting but not every senior.

    Advice to Management

    To keep good behavior with you juniors.

    I worked at State Street full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Great people
    Good stability for financial services firm
    Good comp for mid-senior level jobs

    Cons

    50% growth targeted for outside of US and lower cost locations - not ideal for US employees
    Projects are executed many times without flushing out all of the small details that can cost big in the long run.

    Advice to Management

    Don't take 'Yes' for an answer
