-The job is changing every day
-Lots of opportunities to grow within the company

and do a good job

Advice to Management

I think you guys do a great job of keeping things running smoothly and for the amount of employees there are I still feel significant.

    Pros

Had great group of co workers willing to help each other out

    Cons

Ever since outsourcing they are layoff happy and enjoy targeting individuals that they think make too much money but give great customer service due to not be able to make any money on overnight cash balances

    Advice to Management

Make attempt to long term working individuals that have good track records for a reduction in pay rather than have them be an unemployment number

I worked at State Street full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It's a good place to get your foot in the door and build your resume.

    Cons

Very high turnover. Long hours and unhealthy work-life balance. Every employee is disposable and can easily be replaced. Promotions are not based on hard work but who you are friends with. Sorry, but I'm not willing to kiss up to upper management to get a raise/promotion - my hard work and skills should be the determinant.

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to your employees and make sure they feel appreciated and are happy. Do some team building exercises.
