    Approves of CEO

I have been working at State Street full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great benefits, job flexibility, lots of responsibility, great team dynamic if you find yourself in the right area of the company, Pay for Performance bonus scale

    Cons

Salary doesn't always match the market or work output, difficult to move up despite having great performance reviews in some groups

    Advice to Management

The Pay for Performance model should be shifted to salaries as opposed to bonuses. It's discouraging to get a 5 on a year-end review along with a promotion and still see a salary increase that doesn't even match inflation.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Develops and purchases a high amount of technology in the execution of its business plan. Dedicated to the servicing of its clients within its target market General desire to be a community leader in its giving back to the areas it serves.

    Cons

Continual staff reductions resulting in increasing workloads for remaining employees. Continued outsourcing generates a lack of commitment within service teams.

    Advice to Management

Return to the long term focus, vs. the "quarterly earnings" mentality
