I worked at State Street full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

At the time I was there, they had amazing health benefits, vacation and working from home or flex schedule

Cons

Horrible pay - can barely afford to pay your bills on what they pay
Can't keep good employees due to horrible pay and drama in the work force
Many of the co-workers were more concerned with "high school drama" then getting their work done.

Advice to Management

You have some great leaders, but others that really don't know how to manage their employees and look at the picture.

I have been working at State Street full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good benefits, FWA, close to T

    Cons

Low salary....company seems to pay based on standard range than actual employee performance and measurable metrics.

The outsourcing is off-putting. Boston based company? You should have pride in that and keep the work here!

    Advice to Management

You need to keep your talented employees. How? Higher pay and bonuses! These employees are the future of the company; you really want to lose them to a competitor?
