I worked at State Street full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Easy work hours. If you like to take 15 breaks and have no one bother you, this is the job for you. They take care of you on leaves.

    Cons

Salary, worklife, communication, computer systems, and thats just a start

    Advice to Management

Better communication and promotions. If you want to stop the poor work due to turnover consider paying more.

I worked at State Street full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Numerous opportunities to move within the company

    Cons

    Turnover
Converting Full Time positions to College Interns and Part Timers

    Advice to Management

Focus more on keeping people. The occasional "raise" and starting salary is not competitive. The amount of money spent on recruiting and training would surely be reduced if management cared about the people they already have.
