Pros

There are good benefits. It is a good place to work higher up the chain of command.

Low pay, no culture in office setting, and everyone is miserable. There is a lot of micro management.

Advice to Management

Make sure to do detailed background checks and screen management thoroughly

I worked at State Street full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Easy work hours. If you like to take 15 breaks and have no one bother you, this is the job for you. They take care of you on leaves.

    Cons

Salary, worklife, communication, computer systems, and thats just a start

    Advice to Management

Better communication and promotions. If you want to stop the poor work due to turnover consider paying more.
