Good name in the marketplace
Generally good products
Strong emphasis on client satisfaction
Long term senior managers know product well
Very revenue focused, will get things done to get prospects onboard

Cons

Pay is below market
Senior managers paid very well, but can be distant and frequently disinterested in careers of employees, but this varies greatly
Very little guidance at all levels
Incentive pay is poor
Does not invest enough in technology
Does not invest before the market, is not sufficiently flexible responding to marketplace
Turnover does not bother management
Most managers are not good at encouragement

Advice to Management

Introduce 360 reviews
Make targets attainable
Become more flexible in thinking ahead to meet market requirements
Become less risk adverse as an institution

    learn a ton
    career growth good
    hours are great
    work life balance is fantastic
    team work environment is great to work in

    Cons

    hard place ot work if you dont have any background in the feild.
    Promotion time line is a bit ridiculous
    pushing paperwork
    very repetitive but helps you learn

    Advice to Management

    It shouldnt matter how long someone had been with the company, promotions should be made on merit not that someone was waiting for 2 years to get promoted. Take a look at your employees, see who is actually doing a good job v those who are just punching things into a computer
