I worked at Station Casinos full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Some benefits, not much more

Cons

Managment really sucks, my experience was at red rock. Managment is really incompetent, they have no idea in who to deal with employees.

Advice to Management

Get your act toguether. LEARN TO TALK AND BE KIND TO YOUR PEOPLE, not just the guest.

I have been working at Station Casinos part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    I can't think of any.

    Cons

Wages are as low as they can get away with. Raises don't even cover the anual increase to what your benefits cost you. My take home pay has gone down year after year. They put me from full time to part time twice in 4 years and are still hiring more people to work part time in my department.

    Advice to Management

Instead of working us harder and paying us less every year, try rewarding the people that work for you. Stop hiring all part time employees and give us back our full time positions.

I have been working at Station Casinos part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great tips... that was about it!

    Cons

Co-workers were awful and extremely catty... it was ridiculous and managers were too scared of their servers. Team member dining room was disgusting. It's impossible to move up and get a better shift unless you're dating a manager.

    Advice to Management

    Stop dating your servers.
