Pros

PE exposure, nice offices, good perks

Cons

- Stax has its roots in market research, and it shows. It's essentially an expert call (interview) sweatshop that presents its findings in pretty slides. The output is a vanilla product. - There is not much to learn here after a year if you're a new graduate. -Lower-than-market pay reflects that clients don't want to pay a premium for their services. -They say they compete with MBBs and T2s, which they do, but they only win on price which means not many interesting projects.

Pros

Fairly decent pay and benefits

Cons

High turnover and currently short-staffed leading to burnout. Managers and directors have an obsession with overkill making tasks more complicated and time consuming than necessary again, leading to burnout. Culture has been degrading over last ~2 years also contributing to the high turnover, and hours can be significant where it feels project leads have minimal to no respect for your time, effort, and outside of work commitments.
