Pros

Quick cash for a high school student

Cons

It was all about seniority when it came to getting good sections to wait on. But it's hard to get seniority when you have servers that are 40 years old who have been there for 20 years

Advice to Management

make the floor plans yourself

    Pros

The only good thing about this company is SOMETIMES they allow for a flexible schedule, but they still make you work weekends, no matter what.

    Cons

Where do I begin? The management is a joke. The majority of them are hired from outside of the company so the employees that have been there over a year know more than the managers.
The company doesn't care about it's employees at all. You cannot get benefits if you work under 29 hours, which the company doesn't allow you to work over 29 hours unless you are a manager.
No visible piercings or tattoos are allowed. One piercing per ear for women, no piercings for men. You get paid minimum wage and are forced to do excessive work such as scrubbing floors, bathrooms, silver steel, tables, grills etc. You may be stuck at work hours after your scheduled time. Employees do not get along. very hostile work environment.

If you are a server you get paid the server minimum wage and the customers can be so cheap and do not even tip you, and you are not allowed to tell the customers that gratuity is not included in the bill or you will possibly get terminated.

If you work in the back you are expected to work extremely fast, to the point where you want to pass out just to meet the drive thru times because the managers are only concerned about meeting times and getting their bonuses.

Promotions? Raises? Not happening, this company doesn't believe in promoting or giving raises to their employees.

This job is the worst job I have ever worked at. You are better off collecting aluminum cans out of a dumpster and turning them into an aluminum factory. At least you'll have your piece of mind.

If you plan on working here, I highly advise you to pleassssssssse change your mind! :)

    Advice to Management

Start caring about your employees and realize they are actual people with lives outside of work. If you respect them, they may respect ypu.

Most of my coworkers were easy to get along with. the hours were okay. the food is good. very good. that's it.

    Cons

you can count on not being able to get out on time. stress if you work on the line especially if you work the shake fountain on happy hour. they don't stop coming.

    Advice to Management

they need to hire more people. at least 10 more.
