Pros
Steelcraft is a great company if you’re looking to gain a lot of experience in a short amount of time. They throw you right into the big stuff when you start, and even though it feels very “sink or swim,” once you start swimming you’ll realize you’re capable of more than you thought.
Cons
There’s a couple of slackers on the team who somehow get away with doing next to no work and are never fired. To this day I don’t know if I was mad or just jealous.
