      Pros

      - A visionary executive team that has a long-term view for the company - Best of breed product - Gartner recognized and appreciated by industry (especially clients) - Great support ecosystem - from a sales guy's point of view the support given by legal, finance and operations is tremendous - After a little turbulence (which is natural after a shakeup), the company has stabilized and there is a sense of purpose. Probably also explains some of the negative reviews :) - Healthy pipeline - as a sales guy am spending more time qualifying deals and figuring out which ones to pursue, rather than having to generate them - Processes are not burdensome - I have seen companies where process becomes a huge overhead. So far I have derived value from the lean processes followed in sales

      Cons

      - Product portfolio is rapidly changing - need to keep up with changes - Competitors are large and have deep pockets. That renders some deals 'un-win-able' as competitors bundle up SCM products with ERP products and offer deep discounts

        Pros

As expected, a leading edge technology company with growing pains in a very competitive market. Best product and management team - a who's who list of successful leaders, a great product, as repeatedly noted by industry experts and clients. I'm an industry veteran and believe we are definitely on the fast track to growing to new heights. It is unfortunate that people who didn't adapt to change and needed to move on are struggling, as indicated by their comments. Change is constant - be a part of the solution

        Cons

The challenge of not having enough time in the day to fully address all that is so very exciting and valuable to our customers.

The changes we are experiencing are not unique to Steelwedge, although painful at times. We, too, believe this is very exciting time as we transform the business and appreciate your contribution.

I interviewed at new company for the same role I currently do, so I have all the skills they need and more. I went through 5 stages of interviews, including pp in person and final 1 was on Friday over week ago. I was expecting to have news by last Friday. No news, so I emailed them last Friday asking for indication when can I expect the results, but we have Tuesday evening today, and no one emailed me back. This is the 1st time I have to wait so long after final interview for news-Should I worry?

How long to typically hear back from a mid-sized company (200-300 people) after an initial interview? Their internal recruiter told me “a few days” and it’s been a week. Interview went very well (I thought!) Thinking of following up on Thursday if I don’t hear.
