Very self-paced. You only accept what you want to. Nice pay compared to some other companies. Hands-off management. Nice software concept.
Cons
Very bare. VERY hard to get into because most jobs require having done several jobs before. No opportunity for advancement. Not possible to get rewarded for special skills or experience. Lots of variety in texts but not enough volume of any type to specialize. VERY unstable, with months-long dry spells. Fierce competition as it is first-come first-served. Bad software deployment, lots of bugs.
NO internal QA or feedback process, only if the client complains. Feels very bottom-barrel.
