    Pros

Sterling has the most important thing you can ask a staffing company for: an established customer base, loaded with accounts that continue to produce. It also distinguishes itself from other staffing firms by its relatively low turnover.

    Cons

While I'm comfortable saying Sterling is the best staffing firm I've ever worked for, it's still a staffing firm - that means long, thankless days without much opportunity for advancement or additional skills acquisition. Also, management has a tendency to rely on fear as a motivator.

    Advice to Management

Too many hours, not enough positive reinforcement - I'm not going to get lazy and stop working hard if I stop thinking I'm on the verge of getting fired.
