    Pros

My team The hours aren’t grueling if you work smart you’re out by 6. 6% match on 401K A name everyone recognizes

    Cons

Pay Office Culture Pay Benefits are subpar Forms of lifting employee morale are quarterly 50% “employee appreciation “ sales off of full priced shoes for a two week time period 4 times a year, one company bbq thrown in the headquarters parking lot and a Christmas party held at a bowling alley on a Monday. Subpar annual raise

    Advice to Management

There needs to be more done to celebrate the hard work the employees do for this “billion dollar company” besides monthly donuts for birthdays and quarterly employee appreciation sales, the best way to achieve that is to have employees weigh in on how they believe they should be appreciated. Furthermore upward growth should be a requirement employees careers should not remain stagnant until said employee speaks up... on their behalf. It is part of a managers responsibility to notice when people are worthy of more challenging work, raises, and promotions. Far too often are people given more work without the salary increase that SHOULD come with it, along with the necessary title change. Upper Management also seems to never have a problem with refilling a role after an employee leaves the company, rather they just let the short staffed team fend for themselves and make due and thus everyone’s workload increases but no ones salary does. Despite there being salaries that were once accounted for no longer being dispensed. The only way to get ahead is to know the right people, people get hired and have ZERO experience or understanding of what their role or category that they work in requires. All in all this place is cheap and brimming with nepotism. Run for the hills. I know I plan on it.
