    Pros

    Created customer relationships. Got to take control of projects on your own. Nice co-workers. Nice discount.

    Cons

    Management is terrible. WAY TOO MUCH unethical behavior and belittlement. The stock rooms are always a mess.. no matter what location. Hours vary based on when they specifically want you working.

    Advice to Management

    Be respectful. Dont give attitude when someone asks for days off. Do not leave someone hanging. Be helpful and ETHICAL.
