      Meeting new people Nice office Uniforms Company business model"if owners decide to ever use it"

      Cons

      Too many hours and not enough pay No benefits Constantly have to look at your check to make sure you received entire pay. Gas reimbursement is a complete joke

      Pros

      Very much a team atmosphere with everyone working towards the same goal. Family atmosphere as well so not always talking/focused on business alone but other aspects of career/life as well. Open dialogue and everyone is welcome to share their ideas to help the company. Opportunities for advancement with a growing company and a great team culture with fun events.

      Cons

      Can be growing pains and new ideas being tried which do not always work.
