      I was able to do Collaboration, have a nice culture, travel across the world, have great perks, and supports growth

      Cons

      I think the company needed more money to grow once it was cut out of Booz Allen Hamilton . There was too much overhead

      Compensation is comparable to MBB at senior consultant level

      Cons

      You're put into a specific practice since day one and it's difficult to switch. If you end up in the PE practice, say goodbye to your personal life. Many managers are great at putting together analyses, but have zero team management skills
