Pros
You can learn a lot - especially if you can pair your experiences here with some insights learned from working at places with actual leadership present and less toxic cultures.
Cons
Unless you're a white or Indian man with a major inferiority complex or enjoy being around this group for some extremely strange reason, the culture here is not for you. Also, for a strategy house that charges premium rates we spend an awful lot of time looking up IC from other firms (e.g., Googling) because we have so little of it we can leverage.
