          Pros

Not leading the industry in any ways and not falling behind in many ways. Pretty much just doing enough to copy and paste services and offerings year to year. Young and growing management/supervisor team that is getting better continuously. If you do your job decently well, you will be left alone to do so and make pretty good money for the industry/area.

          Cons

Not a lot of leadership or oversight. Not much accountability between performers. Generic culture company-wide. Starting to feel corporate like most other ski/snowboard resorts (not necessarily a bad thing).

Recently I had an interview with Lowes Home Improvement and the interviewers came up wearing sweatshirts. I was professionally dressed up with the suit on. I found this weird. I have never had interviewers come up in sweatshirts during the interview. What do you think, about how to dress up when having an interview?

Based on your experience, what preceded the job offer email: have you received that relatively fast, or you’ve been waiting in silence? For how long?
