Most of the regular employees are good and friendly people

Since this company was purchased by another in company out of India, it has turned into a nightmare for the rank and file employees. The company regularly makes promises and then turns around and does the opposite. Management is entirely from people transferred from India, and unless your from India their is no room for advancement. Their is zero recognition for achievements, even large ones. Even a simple thank you is too much for this company to offer to its employees. Employees are regularly asked to do the impossible on unreasonable time frames. Management does not provide the tools or support needed to do your job. Management regularly talks down to the employees. Almost everyone from before the company was sold is gone and the people that are hired now leave very quickly after getting fed up. Pay compared to other companies is on the low end of the scale and benefits are so-so. Safety is a joke and if this company ever had a real OHSA inspection they would be shut down on the spot in my opinion.
