    Approves of CEO

    Pros

there is great job security. they're very careful not to over hire and try to use resources wisely. Very open with coorporate and divisional information and communication in general is very highly valued. in general it's a pretty postive work environment and optimism is encouraged for the most part. there's a lot of very intelligent people in one place and you can almost always find an answer to any questions you may have. there is always something new to learn if you seek it out.

    Cons

success is very differentiated depending on department. they seem to have a hard time getting rid of the "bad eggs" or those holding back the rest of high achieving group members. choose your position wisely. opportunities for advancement can vary

    Advice to Management

keep comunication lines open and honest both in what you hear and what you say. follow through on your word. reward those who work hard and want to move up. get rid of those holding the rest back.
