    Pros

Can not think of any. I am sad to say!

    Cons

In the Phx area, Quality Control and the Production areas are treated like 2nd Class Citizens. How Stryker can be rated as one of the Top 100 best places to work in out Country, Completely blows my mind.
Stryker's "point system", for the "bottom of the totem pole" employees. This point system really should be utilized on the engineer levels and HIGHER. These folks come and go as they please. Taking hour and a half lunches, then celebrate each other with Starbucks and "Shooting the breeze" then leave early for the day. Stryker has had already 2 re-calls on their products. Why? Because production is under extreme pressure to get product out, by making daily quotas. Everyone is on "pins and needles" on a daily basis. In FEAR of being fired for not making their quotas. This product should be quality NOT quantity!!! We should be working SMARTER NOT HARDER. CEO and Upper management needs to speak to the people that actually work, not listen to the supervisors and department managers, to get real insight on how business is going. Any boob can "candy-coat" a presentation on how things preceding and are looking up. Unless you are afraid to hear the truth...
