Approves of CEO

I have been working at StubHub full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Great people, collaborative environment, growing fast / lots of opportunities, cares about your success, good work / life balance, get to talk about sports and concerts, ability to talk with senior management casually

Cons

There could be better communication across departments. By this I mean that I don't always feel informed about what other departments are working on. They know this is an issue and working on fixing it.

    Cons

    Cheap, shady, unethical, no loyalty

"Second-rate, unqualified managers forever living it up in meetings mean worker bees engage in pecking-order squabbles."

    Pros

    Location is merely OK.
There is a tiny gym downstairs.
Some of the local restaurants are not horrible although they are not well run.
Bathrooms clean until noon, then extremely unclean.

    Cons

Certain managers are most of the time either in meetings or simply gone missing. Without mature supervision, a high-drama, cut-throat culture has taken over, with pointless pecking-order conflicts and micromanagement by coworkers, further amplified by management's tendency to reward sycophants and fake know-it-alls.

    Advice to Management

    Fire yourself.
