Pros
This is a great job for that time between college and the next step. The hours are flexible and the benefits are great. The company provides you with training and students and you're free to make your own schedule.
Cons
35 hours a week are required to be considered a full time employee and to receive benefits. There's limited time to work during the work week because your hours start when school ends. Working weekends are a must to achieve full time status. Also, this is an in-home private tutoring position. You'll have to be driving to each appointment yourself. A little bit of time might be lost driving to each location.
