      Exciting start up environment. Inspirational leadership. Flat structures and open culture. Lots of ability to innovate and bring new ideas. Future looks bright!

      Cons

      Need to move quickly, and be ready to pivot to stay ahead of the market and competitors. I find that exciting, but it isn't for everyone :)

      The team I worked with was consistent and reliable. My supervisor was especially supportive.

      It's an edtech startup, so everything changes quickly. New rules for writing and citations, SEO team updates, etc.
