        Pros

The mission, vision, culture, values and platform are all world class. We work hard and move quickly, and have a lot of fun in the process, while leaning into our strong sense of “team”. There is room to innovate and think outside of the box and simultaneously be challenged and professionally developed.

        Cons

There aren’t too many cons to be honest. It’s a job, so there are always parts that aren’t “fun” and there are issues to work out, but that’s the case anywhere. The difference at Subsplash is that people fight for each other (not against) and fight for the best path forward and we usually find it.

          Pros

-easy to get hired on -technically a start in the Tech industry -Remote work -Work/Life balance

          Cons

My manager was not good, she asked so many inappropriate questions about my personal life and tried to tie it back to my work ethic. I also have never seen a person in charge micromanage as much as she did, especially for a remote job. It was very unsettling. You're also encouraged to basically tell churches that they will save more souls if they adopt the subsplash platform. I felt very conflicted by that, but my manager continued to push me to do it.

        QC Specialist II

When someone says “We are eager to fill this position, we have no timeline but it should not drag out,” what are the chances I’m selected? This was at the third round interview, last Tue (5d ago) when I was told I should hear from HR next. The job was posted 30+ days ago. I applied for it on 10/22 and the interview process started 11/6 with an HR screening phone call.

Workday interview tips needed. The role I am applying to is a site reliability engineer role. I am not sure what to expect. Of course it’s a technical role so I do expect those questions. I am wondering if they go extra hard and how many rounds? I read somewhere that they do 5 rounds. Either way any tips are@welcome.
