I worked at Suburban Hospital full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Norton Healthcare was not a bad organization to work for. It is convenient and the facility was not bad. My co-workers were okay. I had some really good ones and others that weren't.

    Cons

Benefits aren't as good as they used to be. Micromanage a lot. Each facility is run by it's separate group of execs, which in itself isn't bad. The turnover rate was high because of the mandatory overtime they didn't tell you about, and that wasn't required at the other Norton facilities. Lots of gossip, not many places to get away from it without people wondering where you are.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. Make sure everyone has proper training in teamwork. Stop looking out for your co-worker friends and treat everyone fairly.
