Pros

Flexible schedule with the opportunity to advance. Great coworkers who are willing to switch shifts and help eachother out.

Cons

You end up smelling like subway which really can penetrate all your clothing. The salary is not adeqaute for normal employees/

Advice to Management

You have to hire the right employees. My advice to upper management would be hire a good store manager and make sure he/she knows how to hire normal employees

    Pros

Great people. Time flies. Production nice and easy. Management does well connecting with people. Great local feel. Free sandwiches for hours worked.

    Cons

Pay is minimum wage. Overworked with short staff. Part-time unless manager. No one to back you up if you need to call in.

    Advice to Management

Always put the customer first. No matter how ridiculous they are, smile and listen. Don't talk bad about anyone behind their backs, including customers.
