I worked at Subway part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The staff I worked with were great. I was easily accepted and quickly became the go-to person. The store owner was incredibly sweet, which in my case was great. However this might not be true for some franchises.

    Cons

The stench. Baking bread all day leaves you smelling terrible after an eight hour shift. District was always changing their procedures making it hard to maintain a B rating, let alone an A.
